The Landlord Scenario

Luxury Property Sales

Scenario
Successful business owners and Commercial Real Estate investors know quality and at some point choose to change or upgrade their own single family residence.

This is when the Client asks us to handle the sale of their own residence, or else the sale of a high end single family residence or condo that they have in their portfolio. Clients know that high end properties require a different marketing approach when compared to the standard residential market.

A relatively new segment of investment real estate has developed in the last few years, that of Luxury Vacation Rentals. Properly executed, the Returns On Investment have been impressive in this segment. Yet, in time, every portfolio gets re-balanced or liquidated. This requires that the property be marketed in a very specific manner, in order to attract the type of buyer that will use it as a personal residence or else who will continue to use it as an attractive asset that generates an above average Return On Investment for them.
